Mix up a batch of these Gluten Free Oat Biscuits for a healthier side. Perfect with just about any meal!
There’s nothing like a warm biscuit with dinner. They are great for dipping into a soup or stew, spreading with jam or just eating plain!
I generally don’t eat much white flour, so I am always looking for ways to make my favorite gluten free instead. Oat flour is an inexpensive, easy substitute that is great for breads or muffins.

You can make your own oat flour super easily! All you have to do is put dry oats in a blender and blend into a flour consistency. Then, use it instead of white flour in your favorite recipes.
To get just the right texture for these biscuits, I also used a little bit of gluten free flour.

The result is a hearty biscuit that will go great with your dinner! I made these to go with a deconstructed chicken pot pie soup that I made in the slow cooker. They tasted great dipped in the soup or with strawberry jam.
