
I’m always searching for a bite-sized appetizers (or entrees) that would be great for a party… or a quick meal to make if you don’t have a lot of time that still feels fancy.
These Lasagna Bites in Wonton Shells are both, and they’re well-loved in our home because they’re delicious and SO easy to make.

You start with wonton shells — something you can grab in the refrigerated section of the grocery store — and mold them to the bottom of a mini muffin pan. Bake ’em until crispy, then set aside.
Then you make a meaty red sauce with some ground beef (or turkey, if you’d rather), onion, wine, petite diced tomatoes and spices. And you dollop that in the wonton shells, top with mozzarella, and you’re good to go!
