This winter has been weird in Texas. Instead of consistent temperatures, ours have been waffling between the 80’s one day to the 20’s the next and everywhere in between.
It’s obnoxious, really, and I wish it would make up its mind, one way or the other.
I might be the only person who feels this way, but I desperately want to see snow before the winter ends… and we’re nearing the end, and there is NO snow in sight.
So I made us Vanilla Hot Chocolate. Because, if there’s not going to be any snow, we can at least bundle up indoors, watch a movie that features snow and pretend it’s happening outdoors for us.
