I have a sweet tooth year round, but during the holidays it’s especially bad. There’s constantly something sweet around and it’s usually cookies. So instead of making another cookie recipe, I like to switch things up and keep it sweet, but against the norm for this time of year.
Enter Peanut Butter Fudge that is super easy and delicious!
I first had this last year around Christmas. I have never been huge on fudge mostly because of the richness of it. But I had never tried peanut butter fudge so when my friend’s mom was making a batch for her Christmas cookie boxes, I had to try. Let me tell y’all, I’m in love! It’s the creamiest, lightest, easiest and flavor packed fudge!
Another benefit to this is that most people think fudge is really hard to make, but it’s really not! Once you make it once, it becomes second nature and even the first time, it’s so simple! The most important part is the 6 minutes that the liquid boils, so make sure to set a timer!

Again, nothing against cookies, but this late into the holiday season, people have had TONS of cookies, so instead of bring another dozen cookies to a party, bring this fudge instead! It’ll take you 20 minutes of “cooking” and you’ll have a pan full of delicious and creamy fudge!
Another tip: after removing the mixture from the heat, quickly stir in the next set of ingredients, while the fudge is still melted! If your mixture gets hard to stir, put it back on the heat for a bit while the mixture heats up and liquifies more.
